The Fin-ML/IVADO Online Workshop is a practical training in machine learning, applied to concrete problems in investments, banking and insurance. The workshop will focus on theory, as well as problem-solving sessions.

Theory and practice with a 20 minute open discussion at the end of each session. Presentation and discussion of practical use cases.

There may be work to complete between the sessions. This online workshop will take place over a 5-week period, starting May 24 until June 21, every Tuesday & Thursday, 3PM – 5PM (2 hours per session).

TARGETED AUDIENCE

• Master’s and PhD students and professionals with quantitative training who want to deepen their knowledge around ML, DL, NLP, RL and time series forecasting

The concept may be interesting to technical professionals that are not from the finance world, although examples and datasets will come from this environment.
